Lowes Foods, a major supermarket chain in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, turned to SISDigital to build a two tier social media campaign to 1) drive grocery sales for Super Bowl 2) build internal database for future marketing endeavors and propelled their loyalty program. We built and managed a customized multi-phased social media contest where entrants uploaded photos of their favorite “Game Cave” for a chance to win a $1,000 Best Buy gift card and $500 for Lowes Foods – just in time to load up on Super Bowl grocery purchases. Lowes collected 4500 emails as a result of the Game Cave campaign!
By identifying select regions and audiences, Redbox partnered with SayItSocial to develop a graphically appealing social media campaign to bolster RedBox rentals in these targeted areas. “RedBox Roadtrip Destination” participants entered for a chance to win free movie rentals by uploading fun YouTube videos to a custom Facebook tab. Working with the corporate Redbox team to align all creative and design elements into their brand guidelines, SISDigital created custom content, graphics for the custom Facebook tab, key city manuals, and viral messaging copy for social channels. Redbox’s Facebook page enjoyed 163,468 unique page views – which averages to 5,838 unique page views a day – during the 4 week social media marketing campaign.
