SayItSocial: Proud Sponsors of CSMNY 2014
June 17th, New York, NY – We are proudly sponsoring Useful Social Media’s Corporate Social Media Summit.
Emily Trayers, Chief Operating Officer of SayItSocial, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming 5th Annual Corporate Social Media Summit on June 16 – 17 in Brooklyn, New York. The event is the largest and most senior meeting of leading exec’s from top brands around the globe, unveiling strategic social and digital insight that will help drive the bottom line. Trayers will be joining moderator Evan Shumekyo, Senior Director at Oglivy and panelist Brian Roehrkasse, Vice President of External Communications with BAE Systems to discuss the customer interaction through social, and how companies can enhance customer relationships through efficient and human responses.
Trayers was tapped for this specific panel by the event organizers as she has spent a significant time researching and conducting interviews with key enterprise business leaders for the latter part of the year on the very subject. Alongside Leon McLean, Trayers co-wrote SayItSocial’s recently published White Paper, The State of Social Customer Service, identifying the challenges that Enterprise companies face in implementing a cohesive social customer service strategy, and the proposed solutions that companies should undertake.
“Phone and email are no longer the primary sources of customer service engagement. Last year, customer service inquiries increased 85% on social over PY – consumers are expecting immediate and effective responses and brands need to start addressing this cultural shift or their customers will start looking to their competitors for answers.” States Trayers.
As corporate leaders extend their focus to improved customer interaction and engagement, Trayers and her fellow panelists will examine how to build genuine brand-consumer relationships to empower brand advocacy and how to stay ahead of the curve by employing predictive communications.
