On-Site & eLearning Training

Over our two year partnership, Concur and TripIT’s social business goals have evolved, expanded and matured into a cohesive, well defined strategy. Our first endeavor with the corporation produced two on-site training courses; a sales focused strategy course & a marketing focused strategy course, delivered to Concur’s employees. Additionally, we created sales & marketing elearning courses with updated information to be distributed to all of the sales & marketing staff.

Virtual Training

As we concluded the training courses, Concur looked to SayItSocial once more to develop 8 Virtual Social Media Training Workshops as a way to consistently address the latest developments in social business. All of these workshops included: Webinar Outlines, Training Presentations, Social Media Action Plans, Live Webinars, Webinar Video Recordings and Social Worksheets. Additionally, our project team sent out weekly emails of social media tips. and produced a Concur Social Selling Case Study that is widely lauded as how successful applied training can be for social selling.
